Nice Pictures Josh. It's nice to feel the excitement of a good market again isn't it. If people knew what we know they wouldn't be waiting to purchase a home in the "Villas" would they? I'm so happy to see the folks who want to live here get their homes sold so they can enjoy the Villas lifestyle.
